National Geographic Documentary ‘Borneo’s Secret Kingdom’
We provided habitat soundscapes and audio for target species for the wildlife documentary ‘Borneo’s Secret Kingdom’ produced by WildBear Entertainment for Nat Geo Wild.
Ambient background sounds were needed for a variety of habitats featured in this nature documentary. Audio was required not only for background ambience, but also for a number of frog, bird and mammal species documented in the program.
Accuracy of species identification is important for the integrity and reputation of this type of production. We identified the right sounds for target species and also delivered background soundscapes which were accurate for each habitat type and did not contain sounds which would not naturally be heard at a particular location.
