Australian Red-eyed Tree Frog (Ranoidea chloris)

The Australian Red-eyed Tree Frog (Ranoidea chloris) is a large species of frog found in eastern Australia. This species is also known as Orange-eyed Tree Frog and Litoria chloris.

What does a Red-eyed Tree Frog (Ranoidea chloris) sound like? Red-eyed Tree Frogs make loud, moaning ‘waa-aah’ calls as well as softer trills. After rain in the breeding season, male Red-eyed Tree Frogs often congregate and call noisily in chorus to attract a mate.
